Technical Project Lead (m/f)

Lead field teams across the Philippines to deliver network infrastructure projects on time and to spec. This hands-on role combines technical know-how with project coordination, requiring frequent travel across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

Requirements

• Leadership mindset with a hands-on, solution-oriented attitude
• Proven ability to coordinate and run field teams
• Experience supporting project design and technical documentation
• Ability to monitor project progress and report to management
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Fluent in Tagalog (required); Visaya/Cebuano proficiency strongly preferred
• Technical background preferred (networking, electrical, or IT infrastructure)
• Valid Philippine driver's license (required)
• Comfortable with extensive travel across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao
