Lead field teams across the Philippines to deliver network infrastructure projects on time and to spec. This hands-on role combines technical know-how with project coordination, requiring frequent travel across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
Requirements
- Leadership mindset with a hands-on, solution-oriented attitude
- Minimum 3 years experience in field operations or project management
- Proven ability to coordinate and run field teams
- Experience supporting project design and technical documentation
- Ability to monitor project progress and report to management
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Fluent in Tagalog (required)
- Valid Philippine driver's license (required)
- Comfortable with extensive travel across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao
Nice to Have
- Visaya/Cebuano proficiency
- Technical background in networking, electrical, or IT infrastructure
