Customer Solutions Engineer I (m/f)

We're looking for an entry-level Customer Solutions Engineer to join our team and work alongside senior engineers supporting clients with network solutions across enterprise and ISP environments. You'll assist with deployments, troubleshooting, and documentation while building the hands-on experience needed to grow into a lead engineering role.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing fundamentals)
- Familiarity with Linux command-line environments
- Strong communication skills and a client-service mindset
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- IT-related degree or relevant certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+) a plus
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
