Business Development Manager (m/f)

Business Development Valencia, Negros Oriental, Philippines Full-time, On-site (~40% travel)

Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities that expand ProNetivity's client base and revenue. You'll build relationships at the executive level, develop proposals, and represent our capabilities in the IT services and telecom market.

Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Minimum 3 years B2B business development or sales experience, preferably in IT/telecom
  • Ability to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
  • Experience building and maintaining client relationships at executive level
  • Understanding of IT services, networking, or managed services market landscape
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong presentation and proposal writing skills
  • Comfortable with regular travel across the Philippines

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Valid Philippine driver's license
